"Just reread some of your posts and I want to say thank you for being an enabler. Because of you I have changed my life for the better, l've lost 43 pounds since meeting you, my blood pressure is now in the normal range and I no longer have either of my doctors telling me I need to lose a few pounds. In fact according to my primary care physician "your lab work is so normal it's boring". I can't thank you enough for teaching me, and others, the phrase "don't quit eating when you're full, quit eating when you're no longer hungry". On my own I've learned and try to practice this phrase "don't eat just because you think it's time, wait until you're sure and your stomach is growling". Thank you again for helping me out, as well as losing the weight it has also helped my RA and I no longer take Methotrexate. You are awesome."
